When should I take prenatal classes?
We recommend completing all prenatal classes approximately one month before the baby’s due date. Better late than never though, so procrasintators always welcome.
What is your cancellation policy for Music, Yoga, and Toddler?
You can accrue 2 makeups per pack.
We ask for 24 hour cancellation notice. Please email admin@familyroomcenter.com
If we are not notified in advance of the absence, no make up credit will be issued.
Make ups are good for 60 days from the date of the absence.
Make ups are only valid while you are enrolled in classes.
Make up credits cannot be refunded or be applied to future tuition classes.
Once a make up is scheduled, it cannot be canceled & rescheduled. A canceled makeup will be forfeited.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, registration in advance is required for our classes, unless it is noted as a drop-in (for example playgroup).
Does the cost of the prenatal classes include two people?
The cost of prenatal classes includes two people, except for Infant, Child and Adult CPR & First Aid, which is sold individually.
Do you have a wellness policy?
We care about the well-being of the families we provide resources and serve. For the safety and protection of the children and parents, we ask that you and your child not attend any class until your child no longer exhibits symptoms from an illness for 48 hours. Please contact your doctor for additional guidance if necessary. All toys, sheets, and mirrors are washed and disinfected after every class. We use environmentally safe cleaning products.
Where do I park?
San Marino: There is street parking in front of The Family Room and in the lot next to the Verizon store.
Toluca Lake: There are a few spots for The Family Room in the parking lot. There is also street parking. Pay attention to the parking signs around Trader Joe's. We don't want you to get a ticket!
