We have created an inclusive space for new parents to gather and connect, including free play and feeding support groups. Whether through our classes or our regularly-hosted free community events and drop-in groups, we offer lots of ways to connect, learn, and have fun!
Playgroups
Get out of the house and make a friend! Our casual
drop-in playgroup is not only fun for babies &
toddlers, but for parents and caregivers, too.

Feeding Support Groups
All feeding questions are welcome at our weekly support group, from
issues during the early days and weeks, to navigating back to work, pumping, or weaning. This is a great opportunity to get support from an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), learn from peers, share concerns, and celebrate victories.
Enjoy greater flexibility with class packs that let you choose the dates that work best for you.

Understanding TK-12 School Options
Overwhelmed by school choices and the process?
Join Katherine Hamilton from Confidence in Parenting to learn about the school process, your varied options, important timing, and the right questions to ask.
- Understand the range of TK-12 school options: public, public charter, and private
- Demystify the various application systems for public school districts such as Pasadena, Los Angeles, and public charters
- Distinguish between various choice programs (magnet, charter, SAS, dual language)
- Understand the resources to research available schools and weigh school data

Pelvic Floor Workshop
Dr. Linda Sayyad, PT, DPT from FeminoCentric will join us to shed light on the importance of maintaining a healthy pelvic floor, assess for diastasis recti, demonstrate exercises to strengthen the core and more!
