Digging Deeper with TK-12 Public School Choices (Toluca Lake on May 21 at 7:30 pm)

In this interactive workshop, participants will walk through the "individual consultation" process with Confidence in Parenting.

Participants will:

• unpack their family's framework of school preferences and values
• learn how to look up their resident school pathway
• utilize the school explorer to find nearby schools
• evaluate school data against their family's framework to create a longer list of "good fit" schools

Participants will build a timeline and strategy for applying to different school types: independent charter schools, dual language, magnet, SAS, and affiliated charters based on the selection process and priority points.

Participants will receive personalized, editable documents to utilize during the workshop.
